1. مراجعة الترتيب والنظام الخاص بالمكاتب وذلك بخصوص مكاتب أفراد المبيعات وحجرة الإجتماعات والإدارة العليا وذلك للتأكد من عدم وجود أى أوراق مبعثرة أوغير مرتبه على المكاتب .

2. التأكد من أعمال النظافة الخاصة بالمكاتب والمدخل الخارجى للمكتب والتنبية على مسئول النظافه فى حالة وجود أى ملاحظات .

3. إذا لزم الأمر يتم لفت إنتباة افراد المبيعات فى حالة عدم النظام بالمكاتب .

4. ضرورة الحفاظ على وجود أكياس داخل صناديق القمامة .

5. ضرورة الحفاظ على وجود رائحه عطرة بالمكان وذلك من خلال إستخدام معطر الجو .

6. مراجعة غرفة إجتماعات الإدارة باستمرار للحفاظ على نظامها و نظافتها .

( وجود أقلام جاهزة - حاسب إلي - أوراق بيضاء داخل الملفات ).

7. تسجيل الاتصالات الواردة للإدارة وأخطارهم بها والتنسيق بين أفراد السكرتارية لمعرفه موقف الاتصالات أول بأول .



1. إستقبال العميل بوجة مبتسم مضياف .

2. إلقاء التحية (أو الرد على تحية العميل ) يعقبها الأستفسار عن طلبات العميل .

3. يتم توجية العميل للآنتظار لفترة لحين الترتيب مع أحد أفراد البيع للحضور لمقابلتة.

4. يتم تقديم بطاقة تعارف للعميل لكتابتها - فى حالة زيارة العميل للشركة لأول مرة .

5. الأتصال بأحد أفراد البيع للحضور إلى مكان الأستقبال لاصطحاب العميل إلي مكتبه لاتخاذ الإجراءات المطلوبة .

6. أهمية عدم الانشغال بأي شي آخر أثناء الاتصال بالعميل - أي التركيز تماماًً أثناء التحدث مع العميل ( أو الانصات إليه ) حتى يشعر بالاهتمام به وعدم الانشغال بشىء آخر .

7. في حالة انشغال أفراد البيع مع بعض العملاء - يتم الاعتذار للعميل عن تأخره لبعض الوقت نظراً لوجود عملاء حاليا مع أفراد البيع .

8. في حالة انشغال أفراد البيع والذي قد يودي إلي تأخر العميل - يتم التواصل مع العميل حتى لايشعر بالملل .

9. في حالة الرد علي التليفون يجب إعطاءة مزيد من التركيز وعدم وضع العميل علي الـ Hold إلا في حالة تحويل المكالمة لأحد أفراد البيع .

10. في حالة انشغال أفراد البيع - يتم الاعتذار للعميل وسؤاله عن تليفونه حتى يتسنى لآحد أفراد البيع الاتصال به لاحقاً - أو يمكن الانتظار في حالة إمكانية تحويل المكالمة لآحد أفراد البيع خلال فترة وجيزة .

11. التعاون مع أي زميل جديد بالعمل في السكارتارية حتى يتمكن من أداء عمله وفق المهام الموضحة .

• To monitor and record sickness and other absences.
